Thankful for Gifts

It's easy to take the gifts we receive for granted, but this holiday season, we're taking a moment to really think about all of the amazing gifts we've received over the years. From material things like clothes and gadgets, to experiences like trips and tickets to shows, to the intangible like love and support, we are truly thankful for it all. So, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, here are just a few of the things we're grateful for this year.

A walk in the park with our dog

We're so thankful for the gift of time with our dog. We always enjoy our walks with our dog, watching her as she sniffs every leaf and enjoys the fresh air next to the ocean.

A phone call or text message

Receiving a simple phone call or text message can go a long way, especially from a friend that we don't see often. It's great to hear from those friends and these phone calls or messages always seem to come at the right time, too!

A small gift

A small gift can go a long way. It doesn't have to be anything big or expensive. Just something to show that you're thinking of the other person and you're grateful for what they've done for you.

A hug

A hug can be the best gift you can give or receive. It's a simple way to show someone you care, and it doesn't cost a thing. A hug can say "I'm sorry," "I love you," or "I'm here for you." Sometimes a hug is all you need to make everything better. So if you're feeling down, or just need a little pick-me-up, ask someone for a hug. You might be surprised at how good it feels.

A trip with friends and family

And but of course, so thankful for the trips with friends and family! A trip of relaxation, new foods, and new experiences is always fun to enjoy when you're with the people you love.
