Question: How long does production take?
Answer: 1-2 business days on average
*please be advised that personalized items may take longer

Question: It's been more than 2 days and my order still haven't been shipped. Why?
Answer:  If you ordered on a Friday past 3pm EST or on a Saturday, please expect it to ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday, on average.

Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer:

  • For US orders, it takes around 3-5 business days but almost 90% of our packages get delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.
  • For Canada, UK & EU: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

These timeframes are typical and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

NOTICE: Our store has products that are produced and shipped from different locations. If you order more than one item from us, the items will likely arrive in separate packages. They may also arrive on different days. This is totally normal!

Question: Where do you ship from?

Answer:

  • For US orders,our products are primarily shipped from our St Petersburg, FL and Charlotte, NC.
  • For international orders, the products will be shipped from the US as well as Amsterdam.

Question: I made a mistake with my order info, how do I correct it?
Answer: Kindly email us (hello@getgifts.so) within 24 hours as your order has not been shipped yet and is in the production stage. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

Question: How do I cancel an order?
Answer: Here at GetGifts, we pride ourselves with our fast order processing and shipment. As soon as an order is placed, our team is working hard to immediately prepare it for dispatched. Thus, we can only approve order cancellation requests within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. Just email us at hello@getgifts.co or send us a message here

Question: I tried to email but I haven’t heard back
Answer: Please note that we do try to email back as soon as possible during regular office hours, Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time) for our customer service team. If after hours, please allow for a 12-24 hour response time.

Question: How do I track my package?
Answer: You will receive an email with your tracking number and the courier information after the order has been made and shipped out!

Question: My order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it.
Answer: Please follow these instructions:

1. Double-checking your mailbox (If owned).

2. Sometimes the order is delivered 1 or 2 days after the scheduled delivery. We please ask you to be patient.

3. You can call the local post office with your tracking number and ask for a more detailed report on your order.

Question: I see multiple charges on my card, how do I get one removed?

In the rare event that a card receives a double charge for an item after processing, please contact support, and we will issue a refund for it immediately. Support is best reached at hello@getgifts.co

Question: Do you offer Shipping Insurance?

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by GetGifts and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team - hello@getgifts.co

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Question: What about customs fees/taxes on international orders?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
