How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

We typically ship all orders on average within 2-5 business days within the US.  International orders typically take longer from 5-20 business days. Each product also provides an estimated shipping time.

NOTICE: Our store has products that are produced and shipped from different locations. If you order more than one item from us, the items will likely arrive in separate packages. They may also arrive on different days. This is totally normal! 

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel any orders. *Many logistics carriers are seeing a delay in shipments currently, please be patient with the orders and track them through your tracking notification.  

How can I track my order?

When you order with GetGifts, you are emailed the tracking information once its been shipped. 

I see multiple charges on my card, how do I get one removed?

In the rare event that a card receives a double charge for an item, please contact support, and we will issue a refund for it immediately. Support is best reached at hello@getgifts.co.

Which carrier do you use?

We typically use USPS but may utilize other carriers based on timing and season. International orders, your local carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country. 

How long does it take to arrive? 

Most of our products ship from the US. Once shipped, the following timeframe is used for delivery on average: 

  • USA - within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - within 4-10 business days 
  • Europe - within 2-5 business days
  • Australia/NZ - within 5-10 business days
  • Rest of World -  within 5-20 business days

These timeframes are typical and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this. 

What about customs fees/taxes?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Bring the Love and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team - hello@bringthelove.com

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
